These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rajabet platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by this agreement in full. Please read every section carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rajabet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the rajabet platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use rajabet.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use rajabet. We enforce this requirement strictly and reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time during your account lifecycle.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rajabet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your username and password.
BDT Transactions
All account balances and transactions on rajabet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly. Withdrawal timelines are disclosed on the Payments page and may vary by method.
Fair Play
All games on rajabet are supplied by certified third-party studios whose RNG systems are independently audited. The platform does not alter game outcomes. Bets are settled strictly in accordance with the rules applicable to each market.
Prohibited Activity
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or payment systems are strictly prohibited. rajabet reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited activity is detected.
Terms Updates
rajabet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between rajabet ("Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services offered via the rajabet website and associated browser-based interfaces. This Agreement is binding upon all players regardless of their jurisdiction of access, provided that access from Bangladesh is the primary intended use case for which this platform was designed.
By ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration, by proceeding with a deposit, or by placing any bet on rajabet, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual and that the individual meets all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of rajabet.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. English is the governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of this document (whether translated by a third party or otherwise), the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Amendments
rajabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a notice period. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of rajabet following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of rajabet is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. You represent and warrant that, at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active, you satisfy each of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age. rajabet is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of a third party or commercial enterprise.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and entirely prohibited under local law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of rajabet or any of its game-supply partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from rajabet or had your account permanently closed by rajabet for a breach of these terms.
- You are not acting under duress, and you are using the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
Age Verification
rajabet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point — including at registration, before the processing of a first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in the suspension of betting activity and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
Where it is established that a player has misrepresented their age, rajabet will close the account immediately, void any outstanding bets placed by that player, and return deposited funds to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts already paid out in winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services on rajabet — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must not register using a false identity, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on rajabet. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are identified, rajabet reserves the right to close all but the original account, void bets placed on duplicate accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. rajabet will treat any action taken using your credentials as an action taken by you and accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rajabet support immediately via the Help section and change your password without delay.
Account Information Accuracy
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. In particular, the payment method details associated with your account must match the identity details you provided at registration. Discrepancies between account identity and payment method identity may result in withdrawal delays or the suspension of payment processing pending verification. Name changes, address changes, and contact detail updates must be submitted to rajabet support with supporting documentation.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on rajabet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment source that belongs to you and that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method used.

Deposit Rules
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.
- Deposits made from a payment method that does not match your registered identity may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
- rajabet does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
- Deposits are credited to your rajabet balance once confirmed by the payment processor. In the case of bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, this is typically instant.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit ("same-method withdrawal rule"), except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case the next eligible method on record will be used.
- Before a first withdrawal is processed, rajabet may require full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification including identity, age, and payment method verification.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or public holidays in Bangladesh (including Eid, Victory Day on 16 December, and Independence Day on 26 March) may experience processing delays beyond standard timeframes.
- rajabet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct on the account.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on rajabet — whether on cricket outright markets, sports events, live casino games, slots, Andar Bahar, Fortune Snake, or any other product on the platform — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or market, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Product-specific rules are accessible from within each game or market.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until rajabet has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. In the event of a technical failure, communication disruption, or erroneous odds display at the time of bet placement, rajabet reserves the right to void the bet at the stated odds and re-offer it at the correct odds, or to cancel the bet entirely, at its sole discretion.
Erroneous Odds
Where odds have been published due to a manifest error — including but not limited to human data entry error, feed error, or system malfunction — rajabet reserves the right to void any bets accepted at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the stake amount will be returned to their account balance.
Cricket and Sports Outright Markets
Cricket outright markets on rajabet cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, among others. The following general rules apply to outright markets:
- Outright bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI).
- If a tournament is abandoned before a winner is determined, all outright bets on the winner market will be voided and stakes returned, unless the governing body declares an official winner.
- In the event that a match or tournament is rescheduled rather than abandoned, bets will stand unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules.
- Dead-heat rules apply where two or more players or teams share an outright position (e.g., joint top run-scorer). The stake will be divided equally among winning selections at the quoted odds.
Live Casino and RNG Games
Bets placed on live casino games (including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Dragon Tiger, and Live Blackjack streamed by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) and RNG-based games (slots, Andar Bahar, Fortune Snake) are governed by the rules of the individual game as implemented by the game provider. The result displayed on the platform at the conclusion of each game round is the official result. rajabet does not intervene in game logic or outcomes.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, rajabet may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time of offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
- Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements — where applicable — specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first for any bet until the real-money balance reaches zero, at which point bonus funds are used.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements, or exchanged for any other form of value.
- rajabet reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus funds not yet converted to real-money through wagering will be removed from the account balance.
Bonus Abuse
rajabet actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play, and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting minimum wagering thresholds without genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, rajabet reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and report the activity where required by applicable regulations.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on rajabet. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks made in bad faith, identity fraud, or any other attempt to deceive rajabet or its payment partners.
- Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live casino games, or betting exchange-type products.
- Use of automated software — including bots, scrapers, data-harvesting tools, or any software designed to place bets, analyse markets, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Match-fixing and insider information — placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of any event, or participating in any arrangement intended to fix or influence the outcome of a match or tournament.
- Money laundering — using rajabet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. rajabet complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Account manipulation — accessing, modifying, or attempting to manipulate another player's account, or exploiting software vulnerabilities in the rajabet platform.
- Harassment — using the platform's communication features (where available) to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or rajabet staff.
rajabet employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection methods are confidential and will not be disclosed to the player under investigation. The decision of rajabet regarding prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.
Account Closure & Suspension
Either party may initiate the closure of a rajabet account. The process and consequences differ depending on whether closure is player-initiated or platform-initiated.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your rajabet account at any time by contacting support through the Help section. Before closure is completed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and the remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements are resolved. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings before or instead of requesting full closure. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
rajabet may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to pass age verification or KYC checks within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
- Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring the closure or freezing of the account.
Disputed Closure
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal dispute by contacting rajabet support and providing a written explanation and any supporting evidence. rajabet will review the dispute within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to you via the email address registered on your account. The decision of rajabet following this review process is final.
Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, outstanding bets may be voided and the corresponding stakes forfeited, at the discretion of rajabet, particularly where the bets were placed in connection with the breaching conduct. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to conduct (e.g., player request), outstanding bets will be settled normally.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or the voiding of bets placed in error. rajabet's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the stake placed on the bet giving rise to that claim. This limitation does not apply to cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by rajabet.
